Canadian Institute for Climate Studies Future Climate Severity

The Climate Severity Index is an aggregate indication of personal discomfort, safety and mobility arising from the extremes of weather and climate that we experience over a period of years.

The Index is on a scale of zero to 100 - a value of zero is the least severe and 100 is the most severe.
